GOLF OUTING

Please indicate your participation in the golf outing by marking "Yes." This event is free for all nominees. However, rental clubs are not included and will be the responsibility of the participant. If you would like to bring a guest, the cost per person for the golf outing is $150. A comprehensive email with all the necessary details will be sent to all individuals marked as participants before the event. Kindly note that this is an all-day event scheduled for Friday, June 21st, 2024. Please be aware that if you choose to attend the golf outing, you will not be able to participate in the White House tour. The prestigious Founders Golf Scramble at Woodmore Country Club will commence with a meet-up at 9 AM, followed by tee-off at 10 AM, offering a chance to win the esteemed Presidents Cup. WHITE HOUSE TOUR

Please indicate your interest in the White House tour by marking "Yes." This tour is free for all nominees, and they are welcome to bring a guest. However, please note that spots are limited to 12-13 guests, with priority given to veteran nominees. The tour is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 21st. The exact time is currently unknown but will likely be in the early morning, around 8 or 9 AM. More details regarding the tour will be provided closer to the date. Please be aware that if you choose to attend the White House tour, you will not be able to participate in the golf outing. Once the date and time are finalized, you will receive a link to register with the White House, which is quick background check, before a specified deadline. On the day of the tour, everyone will meet at the JW Marriott lobby and proceed together to the entrance gate (all must enter together). The tour is self-paced, allowing participants to explore at their own leisure.

FRIDAY COCKTAIL PARTY

Please indicate your attendance at Friday's evening cocktail party by marking "Yes." The details for this event will be announced soon, but it is scheduled to take place in the evening, around 6 or 7 PM, on Friday, June 21st. You are welcome to bring one guest to join you. This evening promises VIP networking opportunities, meeting our nominee veterans, and indulging in culinary delights!

SATURDAY VOLUNTEER

We are seeking volunteers to assist in setting up the gala on Saturday. Your help is invaluable to us, so please indicate if you will be joining us as a volunteer. We need as many volunteers as possible to ensure everything is set up perfectly. Tasks for setting up the gala include assembling swag bags, arranging table decorations, and we especially need strong individuals for heavy lifting tasks. Any additional help or assistance will also be greatly appreciated. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers. While confirmed times and detailed instructions will be shared later, please anticipate the volunteer session to run from approximately 11 AM to 2 PM. Thank you in advance for your willingness to contribute to the success of our gala!
