As a chapter leader, your responsibility includes overseeing your chapter's finances. To qualify for funding requests related to uniforms, league fees, or tournament expenses, it's crucial to complete the Estimated Annual Budget Form. This form outlines your chapter's expected income, expenses, and funding requirements for the upcoming year.
Please note that if you manage multiple teams, fill out the form for one team only. If you oversee two teams, you'll need to submit the form separately for each. Your annual budget approval is determined by various factors, and Headquarters will review and communicate your approved chapter budget for the year.
Expect an email by January 31st detailing the approved funding requests after all submissions are received. Your commitment to this process ensures effective financial planning for your chapter.
